Came here for a date night with my boyfriend. We made sure to make a reservation ahead of time because the wait can be long if you have no reservations. Love that we were tended too while waiting so we went ahead and ordered some drinks before heading to our table. We normally always go with the Hawaiian steak but this time we wanted to try something different, we asked our amazing host and server what their recommendation was for a great dinner. Appetizer recommendation: grilled artichoke since it was in season. (did not disappoint!) Dinner recommendation for two: double cut pork chop & barbecue ribs since we wanted to try something other than the steak. So flavourful! I can't thank the Houstons team enough for their trusted input. The nice dim ambience inside was also a great addition to our beautiful date night

Let's start off by saying the food is pretty great! We went for my birthday and they gave my kid ice cream! I got the salmon and it looked amazing when it came out it had cilantro on it and a lemon on the side, it smelled great ! Our server was really nice too! Except we kept trying to get her attention but she was not paying attention. Our food took a little bit of time coming out! The walls had pretty pictures on them, and it all matched! But the tables did not match the rest! So overall I would give this restaurant 4 out of 5 stars! Very nice! Good job Houston's!!!!!!

The reason for the 5 is for the service! Incredible attention to the guests - from checking in, clearing the table and suggesting what food to get. Opted for the artichoke dip and a few sushi dishes for starters - can't go wrong with anything you choose. For dinner opted for the ribs. It literally fell off the bone. Great ambiance - perfect place for a night out

Houston's I will always love you. Even though I only visit you every couple of years or so, you were my first favorite restaurant in LA when you were in the Century City mall so so many years ago. I remember buying a Houston's SnapBack ball cap that I wore everywhere. You seem like a steakhouse and yet you only have two steaks so nay you are not, but does this change things between us? It does not. Your French dip is dreamy and your pork chops a work of art. I will always come back to you Houston's.
